This photo could sum up my year pretty much, a heavy head, a leather jacket and a consistent half smile. Combine that photo with the one below to add in everything else life threw at me, then you really would have a complete picture. All jokes aside, this year I’ve learned more about myself than I could have imagined. I will save my reflections for a tea post so, lets discuss the look, I wore this to work on a rainy day and it was an instant favorite.
The photos are a tab bit blurry because the sun had set by the time I got around to taking these photos and my new lens is not fond of low light. It does add some edge that I can appreciate. The gist of the look was pretty simple- classic bottom and a causal top. I decided to have some fun and pair these cut-out booties with regular black some socks. If you have ever considered the sock look I say go for it, I had always thought this look wasn’t for me until this day. The pairing was actually my favorite part of the outfit.
